Network Assurance agreement. Under this plan, a Techni-Core Network Administrator will set up routine site calls on a schedule that fits your needs and your budget (e.g. weekly, monthly or quarterly). Pre-emptive system maintenance is the best way to avoid major problems.

and Business Continuity Planning adds a business critical layer of protection by creating a customized Disaster Recovery Plan that will assure you of business continuity in the event of a major incident such as a fire or tornado damage. Engineers or Administrators full-time on-site or for as many days as you need.
Computer Forensic Services is Techni-Core’s specialized service level for clients who need a
formal documented forensic analysis of a computer system. It includes
documentation of the custodial chain and discovery
process, secure image acquisition, gathering of evidentiary material and,
if required, expert witness testimony in a court of law.
Our forensic software can also uncover and undelete lost
files and folders for client who have lost critical
data. IMPORTANT: If you suspect that a system has been tampered with or has possibly been used for improper or illegal purposes, it is critical that you suspend all use of the system immediately and impound it. If you try to examine the system yourself you may inadvertently alter critical file date and time stamps or lose the ability to recover "deleted" evidence. Call Techni-Core and ask to speak to
