Health Insurance
Techni-Core Engineering maintains a group health insurance plan covered through Blue Cross Blue Shield Silver. Full-time employees may elect individual or family coverage with full coverage provided by TCE. Options for Platinum plan are offered with minimal deductions. Employees who elect to enroll in the plan will be covered as of their first day of employment.
Dental, Vision and Life Insurance
Techni-Core Engineering provides dental (family) and life insurance (for employee) through Principal to include discounts for vision care for all full-time employees.
Paid Time Off
Techni-Core Engineering believes that it is very beneficial to individual employees and the Company that time away from work be taken for rest and relaxation. The company provides each full-time employee with Paid Time Off (PTO) based on years of service. PTO encompasses the full spectrum of paid leave – vacation, sick leave, and holidays.
