Techni-Core Network Services provides fast on-call support using experienced, certified and degreed system engineers and system administrators on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis for critical problem resolution, network upgrades, deployments and routine end-user support calls and is the primary support service for our clients. It is the core service level for all Techni-Core clients.

Techni-Core Network Engineers and System Administrators work by on-call by task assignment and bill on an hourly basis.
