Techni-Core Network Services provides fast on-call support using experienced, certified and degreed system engineers and system administrators on a 24x7x365 basis for critical problem resolution, network upgrades, deployments and routine end-user support calls and is the primary support service for our clients. It is the core service level for all Techni-Core clients.

Techni-Core’s Systems Engineers are able to handle a very wide variety of support issues. We constantly update the training and certification of all our personnel to ensure our customers that they have the latest technical knowledge. Our dedication to the cooperative support of the Systems Engineering team members allows every customer access to a “chain of knowledge” for optimal solution development. Techni-Core Systems Engineers work by on-call by task assignment and bill on an hourly basis. Expectations do not define the threshold of our service. We strive to exceed them.

Techni-Core selects degreed Engineers with many years of real-world field experience to join our trademarked Network Experts Ready for Duty (NERD) team.  We constantly update the training of our personnel to ensure our customers that we have the latest technical knowledge. Our Network Engineers and System Administrators work on-call by task assignment and you are charged on a simple hourly basis – so our clients only get billed for services rendered. Techni-Core NERDS can take on the role of in-house IT Administrator or supplement existing IT Staffing where needed.
