Techni-Core Welcome’s New Team Members!
Huntsville, AL – 1 November 2017
1 November 2017 – Techni-Core is pleased to announce the addition of two new Team Members, Jason Burris and Kelly Liles!
Jason has over 25 years of information technology and customer service experience, maintains Security+ and A+ certifications, and is a member of ISSA. He is highly skilled in providing an excellent customer experience and loves the challenge of solving a tough problem. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing strategic board games. He provides volunteer IT and audio-visual support for his church and is a founding member of the leadership team for the annual Rocket City Brewfest. Jason will serve as our Managed Services Technician, assisting and proactively monitoring our customers’ vital systems using our Remote Monitoring and Management software, ConnectWise Automate. In using ConnectWise Automate, he will stay ahead of issues, alerting customers of a problem before becomes a worst-case scenario.
Kelly Liles moved from Oregon to Huntsville in late 2017. He brings with him 20 years of IT experience covering all gambits of industry and technology. Kelly holds several industry-recognized certifications such as Security+, Network+, Project+, A+ and more. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids watching movies and helping with homework. He also enjoys researching and staying current on emerging technologies. Kelly will serve as part of our Systems Engineering pool working onsite with our customers providing hands-on, VIP support for all of their IT needs. He will additionally aid with our DFARS 7012 compliance line of business, integrating technical solutions, such as our multi-factor authentication solution partnership, DUO, for our defense contractor customers’ DFARS 7012 compliance requirement.
We are thrilled to have Jason and Kelly on-board, bringing their extensive, combined knowledge to our customers. They will help Techni-Core continue to grow, flourish, and provide the highest caliber of IT service to our ever-growing and evolving customer base. Welcome to the Techni-Core family Jason and Kelly!
